Ai aiai my knee was quite stiff and painfull yesterday morning but during the day it was better again so I went for a 1,5 h MTB ride in the evening. The result. A painfull knee in the morning. Today I was climbing stairs at work quite a lot but I didn’t feel anything. I just keep a day of today from training and see how it feels tomorrow morning. I don’t want to put my autumn training in jeopardy. On the menu there will be a mix of MTB, Cyclo cross, X- country running and maybe some swimming. That if the local swimming pool has some cleaner water. Last year I got quite some stomac problems after swimming there.
The safer option might be the mountain biking here in Rovaniemi. I probably mentioned it already in an earlier post but mountain biking here is just great. There are hundreds of kilometers of single tracks. Every ride I discover new routes. It’s a real oasis for MTB!
